For the parts of you that are still becoming

Are you struggling with….

Having a safe place to land?

Burnout masked as “just being busy?”

Feeling like you don’t really fit anywhere..even in spaces where you’re “supposed” to belong?

Overthinking conversations long after they ended?

Resting without guilt?

Exhaustion that doesn’t improve with rest?

Navigating intergenerational expectations?

Relationship shifts that feel destabilizing?

A sense “I should be doing better than this?”

Hi, I’m Liz Andronic,
LCSW

I’ve always found people deeply compelling. The stories we carry, the ways we learn to belong, and the experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I believe there is something powerful about having a space where your story can be told honestly, perhaps even for the first time, and where old narratives can be met with fresh eyes.

Therapy is a place to get curious about your story, untangle some of the knots, and figure out what actually matters to you. We can laugh. We can be serious. We can stare into the existential abyss for a minute and then make a joke about it.

Bring the questions. Bring the contradictions. Bring the parts of yourself you’re still figuring out.

Together, we can make sense of where you’ve been, listen for what matters now, and imagine what you want the next chapter to look like.

If you’re ready to explore what’s next, let’s start with a conversation. Schedule a free initial consult

I offer supervision for clinicians seeking support with case conceptualization, trauma-informed and identity-affirming care, somatic and EMDR-informed approaches, and navigating the emotional realities of clinical work.
